Importing contacts from an excel (.xls, or .csv) file back into Outlook is fairly easy. Place the Excel file in an easy to find location like the desktop and follow this procedure.
1. Open the file menu and select import and export.
2. Select Import from another Program or file.
3. Select Microsoft Excel.
4. Select browse and find the Excel file.
5. Select Contact to import your contacts.
6. On the next screen press the finish button and you are done!

- Download and extract: http://wordpress.org/download/
- Create an SQL database on the hosting server (note: keep track of name of database, user name, user password and database location [if different then local host])
- From the DL: Open wp-config-sample.php follow directions
- Rename wp-config-sample.php to wp-config.php
- Upload the contents of the DL to the location on the server that it will live
- Navigate to that location in the browser and set up your blog
- Start posting
